A World That Never Stops
I feel like my busy life never stops. It's sad that our world has become so involved with extra activities that we don't spend nowhere as near the time family's use to spend together. We're always complaining about all the things we have to do and accomplish before the week is over but we are simply putting ourselves through that and involving ourselves in things we can't handle. I pray that we simply stop our busy lives for a couple of minutes and focus on what is most important, our family and God.

ReplyDeleteAmen girl! going to Guatemala made me realize... we complain about the most ridiculous things.. we take sooo much for granted and never appreciate what's right in front of us! taking time to spend with God is soo important.. for your spiritual growth and also having time with family.. cuz life is so short and we cant relive high school.. and we never know when our time comes! so we gotta live eveery moment to the fullest and take nothing for granted!!
ReplyDeleteSo true Lauren. i feel the same way. It is so important to be spending that quality time with both God and our family's. This makes me want to skip school and spend time with them :)
